Why I'm qualified to teach you
For the past 25 yrs I’ve had synchronistic spiritual experiences taking me to sacred hidden places. A passionate personal development geek & a Fashion Designer and Upcycling expert and Vintage treasure seeker for the last 35+yrs. I’ve lived in the back and beyond of Hong Kong, grown up by the beach in Somerset, taught to reuse waste by my Nan & built a global awarding winning, Bespoke Design Business as an International Best-selling Author of ‘The Textile Touch’….
I’ve been around the block, built an empire with my Ex-husband, living a full London life for 30yrs before having to get out of a toxic entanglement that led me to restart all over again & go even deeper into every shadow and teaching, I could get my hands on.
I’m a mother of two teens and have experienced parental alienation…I can help you avoid the same mistakes I’ve made with offering brilliant empowerment, growth & boundary tools.
I’ve become a Breathwork teacher, Reiki master and Akashic record receiver and Fashion forager extraordinaire. I wish to teach the recovery tools that have pulled me through the greatest loss of my home, my husband, mental health, and magnificent life change through my time of menopause, mentally and financially abusive marriage to arriving and setting up a new and sovereign life in living in Glastonbury.

UPCYCLING FOR GROUPS & INDIVIDUALS
Fall deeply in love with your fashion and yourself
Embrace the group energy of like-minded awakened women or book a 1-2-1 to finally finish that sewing project or embark on bringing a hidden treasure back to life, transforming it into something fabulous and new.
Our sewing circles or 1-2-1 sessions meet once a month starting in September 2024, in a dedicated home studio with expert support. No previous sewing experience required!
This will be an opportunity to enhance your creative talents, to hold you accountable for something you’ve been dying to customise or change and to have fun, sharing whilst we sew.
During each 2-hour session, you’ll get support, advice and inspiration to ignite your styling and sewing talents, find the resources you need, create unique custom clothes that you love, and do your bit to turn waste into wealth.

Upcycling Workshop
An in-house lunch ‘ n’ learn where your teams get to repair, alter or upcycle an item of clothing.
I’ll advise on what they need to do and, where possible, fix the item there and then—for example, mending a hem with wonder web, sharing my pro tips for hand sewing on buttons that last or fixing a stylish emblem or patch to cover up a hole.
CREATE A TOP FROM A VINTAGE SCARF
A masterclass in repurposing unloved items.
Everyone will learn how to transform a long-forgotten scarf, the type of item hidden away in the back of your wardrobe, into a beautiful and wearable top.
CUSTOMISE A DENIM JACKET
A chance for your people to put their design stamp onto an old jacket. Using vintage elements or other pieces that hold sentimental value, I’ll show your people how to make a fabulous new item ready to share and show off to the world.
